# Manage release scope or one issue owner

> Requires verified GitHub triage/write/maintain/admin permission. assign adds one owner; unassign removes only the specified owner. unlink clears the milestone without deleting the issue. link accepts open unscoped issues. Shipped releases are read-only. A successful GitHub save can return synced=false if readiness refresh is pending.
